On the extremely sturdy Rehyper reverse hyper bench from CAPITAL SPORTS, neglected muscle groups are finally able to enjoy a strength and endurance-boosting training - whether at home, in the box or in the professional studio. You can load the 50 mm sleeves with weight discs to apply the right load to your workout. In addition to muscle training, the CAPITAL SPORTS Rehyper reverse hyperextension machine also enables gentle re-entry into training after back injuries. The special construction prevents vertical back pressure, stretches the spine and relieves the intervertebral discs. So you not only increase your muscle strength, but also directly fight pain in your lower back. Thick padding with an easy-to-clean synthetic leather cover provides you with comfort during training and protects you against injuries. The robust, powder-coated steel frame made of 5 x 7 cm thick square steel with a material thickness of 2 mm is extremely resilient and can withstand any training.
