The Klarstein VariCook Slim is a hot-blooded induction hob with two cooking ranges for modern households of couples and small families.

3500W of power can be adjusted in 10 power levels as needed. Alternatively, the power can be regulated based on the desired target temperature between 60 and 240° C, so that water baths, stews and braises can be brought to and kept at a constant ideal temperature.

The highlight is the possibility of timed cooking. The desired operating time can be programmed along with the desired wattage or temperature, so that at the end of the cooking timer, the device will shut off automatically. This is especially useful for one-off cooking of rice and noodles, casseroles or precisely steamed vegetables. At the shut-off time, the Klarstein double induction hob announces the end of cooking with a beep.

The cooking parameters may be easily and intuitively adjusted on the touch surface control, and may be easily read on the large-line LED display.

Designed for accommodating pots and pans between 12 and 26cm, the induction cooker is sufficiently large for most pot and pan sizes used to conjure gourmet menus. The modern design makes the VariCook Slim cooking hob a subtle but stylish addition to your kitchen. Its continuous glass surface reduces the effective cleaning time to a minimum.
