In the spicy fine wood, you can smoke meat, fish and sausages as well as tofu or vegetables to create elegant specialties. And with its front door made of black stainless steel, it exudes rustic charm while smoking.
Discover the traditional art of smoking. With the Klarstein Flintstone smoking oven, you can lend the right taste to a wide variety of dishes according to your own wishes. And at the same time, giving fish or sausages a much longer shelf life! With a 1600-watt electric heating element and a controllable thermostat at the top of the appliance, the oven brings the aromatic wood chips neatly to smoking and, at the same time, cooks the smoked goods very slowly to perfection. Three chrome-plated smoking grates, each measuring 40 x 25 cm, offer ample space for bacon sides, tofu slabs or your own sausage creations, while three hooks provide additional space for hanging sausages or ham. A removable drip tray captures condensation and dripping grease and facilitates subsequent cleaning. The density of the smoke in the Klarstein Flintstone smoker is conveniently controlled by a rear vent. A built-in thermometer up to 300 ° C makes it easy to monitor the smoking temperature. Smoking chips and aromas are transformed into delicious smoke in the removable stainless steel bowl directly above the electric heating element. Thanks to the lightweight construction and a top-side carrying handle, the smokehouse can be moved with little effort.
