This powerful dehydrator from Klarstein dries fruit, vegetables, meat and other foods in record time and thus produces snacks and ingredients which are both delicious and durable. With 550 watts of heating power, the fruit dryer ensures that no water is left in the food. This drying process naturally extends the shelf life of foods while also preserving vitamins, fiber and other essential ingredients. Much like the Paleo diet, by taking nutrition from lots of vegetables and fruit as well as quality animal products, a lean, efficient lifestyle is maintainable, as well as above average health. The powerful motor reduces the drying time significantly compared to other devices, and without a loss in quality. For flexible composition of different foods, the temperature range is adjustable from 40 - 70°C. The adjustable timer facilitates the use and automatically terminates the drying process at the set time.

On a total of 6 levels pieces of fruit, vegetable slices, mushrooms and herbs are carefully dried. Even large fish and whole cuts of meat can be easily dried using the Klarstein Bananarama - for example, delicious beef jerky can be produced at home. The additional  fine mesh support is particularly useful for small fruits such as berries. The air-permeable shelves, in combination with the recirculation mode, help to even out the heat distribution. Thanks to the variable stacking, meat pieces can be processed without cutting. After use, and a quick clean, the individual trays can be inserted into each other to save space, resulting in an overall size of 29.5 x 22.5 x 43.5 cm.
