The motor of our Klarstein Powerhouse meat grinder rotates the auger and the stainless steel blade with 700 watts of power in two selectable speeds. In this way, the meat pieces that are fed in are tirelessly chopped and pressed through one of three perforated discs - fine, medium or coarse. The result is fresh minced meat that you can make into meatballs, meat patties, a delicious filling in cabbage roulades and much more. You can use the large aluminum bowl to season the meat pieces and with the help of the sausage attachment make your own sausages. No matter if it's liver sausage or bratwurst, here you decide. The functional range of the Klarstein Powerhouse meat grinder is not yet exhausted; with the kibbeh attachment, the delicious filled bulgur dumplings can be prepared without much effort. And if a piece of meat gets stuck in the auger, it is either released again through backwards rotation or with the extremely strong 1800 watt unblocking power.
