With the Klarstein Brauheld Pur 70 mash kettle, you can rely entirely on your skills when preparing the brewing mash, as you have complete control over the mashing process. Up to 70 litres of liquid or 65 litres of liquid with malt can be brought to the boil in the large stainless steel kettle. Place the kettle on the cooker or hotplate and off you go; no lengthy programming required. The 0.7 mm thick wall and the 3 mm thick sandwich base ensure optimum heat distribution in the kettle and also make it compatible with induction hobs. An easy-to-read thermometer with an extra-long temperature sensor is embedded directly in the kettle to ensure that exactly the right cooking times are managed for the individual steps.

To ensure that the finished mash can be transferred easily, the Klarstein Brauheld Pur 70 mash kettle has a 1/2" tap for connecting to hose systems. The rubberised handles on the lid and kettle allow uncomplicated and safe handling of the mash kettle. All parts are made of tasteless 304 stainless steel. This means that no metal tastes get into the beer and it can be cleaned very easily.
