In order for the fresh hot mash to turn into a good beer, it is necessary to cool it down as soon as possible. This is ensured by the Klarstein Chiller 12 cooling coil. The 21.5 cm diameter hollow spiral with 18 cooling loops is connected by hose to a faucet or a cooling circuit and dipped into the hot mash. It removes heat from the mash in no time at all - this not only prevents the appearance of unwanted microbes, but also helps to remove unwanted components from future beer. 50 litres of boiling mash are cooled to room temperature in about 30 minutes. Thanks to the production out of 304 stainless steel, the immersion cooler is absolutely taste-neutral, does not rust and is easy to clean.
