Steam, smoke and fat are attracted efficiently and neutralized by the grease filters. The two dishwasher-safe grease filters also protect the exhaust air duct and the interior from contamination. The optional switchable light not only gives chefs a view of the cooking process, it also provides atmospheric lighting when the light shimmers gently on the marble surface. With the two activated carbon filters contained in the set, the Steinklar extractor hood can be converted to recirculation mode.
