The secret of success of the Klarstein Vita Pro deep fryer is the hot air system, which deep fries, bakes, grills, roasts or steams with a substantial 2450 watts of power. Operation is very simple: Select one of 14 programmes via the touch panel and the temperature and cooking time are preset directly for the desired dish. You have a choice of programmes for dishes such as chips, pizza, fish, vegetables or chicken, as well as functions for defrosting, keeping warm and drying, steaming, sterilising and descaling.
The large interior with its massive 18 litres of capacity leaves little to be desired in terms of preparation. At the same time, the Klarstein Vita Pro hot air fryer is particularly compact thanks to its mini oven design. An 800 ml water tank for steam cooking and a drip tray are integrated into the pull-out drawer at the front. The accessory set is optimally equipped for all purposes of use: A grill tray, a practical steam insert and a baking tray are included in the scope of delivery.
