With powerful swings or pendulum exercises, the Bludgeon trains the strength and coordination in your shoulders, arms and hands with a high degree of demand: unlike normal weights, the weight of the swing club is mounted unevenly on one side, giving usual exercises an entirely new level of difficulty.
The Bludgeon Clubbell from CAPITAL SPORTS is completely made of cast steel and provided with a two-tone black and blue powder coating. So that you can always have a good grip while exercising, the club has a 4.5cm-thick stem that is slightly roughened to keep it securely and firmly in hand.
