The Capital Sports Themis rowing bench promises you a unique home training experience. The heart of the very even and joint-gentle workout is the high-precision flywheel, which counteracts your rowing movements with an 8-level adjustable magnetic resistance using our proven magnetic resistance system (MagResist). This gives you the feeling of rowing across a calm lake or against a strong current. Thanks to the smooth-running slide rail on which the comfortable seat rests, training is possible almost silently and without disruption to neighbours or flatmates at almost any time of the day or night.
To monitor your training, the Capital Sports Themis rowing machine has a mini-computer with an LED display on which you can see not only your rowing strokes, distance covered or calories burned, but also the power used. The tablet holder provides entertainment during training, so that you can enjoy your favourite series or music while rowing or connect to Kinomap and other fitness apps. The footrests ensure a secure hold.
