The Capital Sports Stream M1 rowing bench promises you a unique home training experience. The heart of the very even and joint-gentle workout is the high-precision aluminium flywheel, which counteracts your rowing movements with an 8-level adjustable magnetic resistance using our proven MagResist system. Thanks to the smooth-running 105 cm long aluminium slide rail, training is almost silent and trouble-free and is possible at almost any time of the day or night.
To monitor your training, the Capital Sports Stream M1 rowing machine has a mini computer with an LCD display on which you can see your rowing strokes, distance covered or calories burned. A built-in receiver is ready to receive the data from a pulse band. The display also has a tablet holder so you can enjoy your favourite series or music while rowing. The foot rests with Velcro straps ensure a secure hold. After training, the rowing machine can be stowed away easily and to save space: Move it as you like with the integrated floor rollers and set up the slide rail vertically.
