For an effective muscle training, it is not only necessary to train with high weights, but also to offer new stimuli to the muscle in various exercises. Up to 21 training positions are possible thanks to numerous adjustment possibilities of the seat and back surfaces. Thus a wide spectrum of exercises with long and short dumbbells as well as the own body weight is being covered.
In order to perform particularly bench pressing or shackle rowing in a clean and safe manner, the back part narrows down going upwards. The foot fixation prevents you from having a hollow back at high weights on the barbell.
The weight bench is opened within seconds and is packed up again just as quickly. Due to the compact folding dimensions, the flap top can be stowed under the bed, in every corner or behind the door.
Thanks to the high maximum load capacity, the weight bench is firm and stable even with increasing training weights. The 5 cm thick lying upholstery is made of easy-care and abrasion-resistant PVC leather. Like that you always lie comfortably with the necessary resistance.
